Section 6(5) in The U.P. Licences for the Possession of Denatured Spirit and Specially Denatured Spirit Rules, 1976
(5)The manufacturers shall comply with the direction of the Collector as to the manner in which the spirit shall be stored and if necessary recovered by distillation.
