(3)[ Whosoever commits a breach of the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (2) shall, on conviction, be punishable with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, and when the breach is a continuing one, with further fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for every day, after the first, during which the breach continues.] [Sub-Section (3) added by Punjab Act No. 30 of 1955.]
