Section 9(1) in Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2012
(1)The following vacancies shall be notified for the purpose of counselling.(a)All the exiting clear vacancies except the vacancies mentioned in clauses (2) & (3) below.(b)All the vacancies arising due to compulsory transfers as per Rule 5.(c)Resultant vacancies arising during Counselling.
