22. Postponement of examination.
- When a date fixed for the examination is declared a gazetted holiday or when for any unforeseen reason an examination cannot be held on the date fixed, the Chairman may fix some other day for holding the examination which shall be duly notified to the candidates for examination.V. Certificates
