(8)The Vice Chancellor shall subject to the provisions of this Act, and the regulations have the power to make appointments to regular of Class-III employees on the basis of Staff Selection Commission and other Class-IV employee in various post as per sanctioned grades and scales of pay and within the sanctioned strength recommendation of the University and have full disciplinary control over such staff.
