Chacko This appeal filed by a Custom House Agent is against the suspension, by the Commissioner, of CHA licence No. 11/616. There is no representation for the appellant despite notice, nor any request for adjournment. As a matter of fact, this appeal stands listed out-of-turn for hearing. The learned JCDR submits that the above licence was revoked by the Commissioner in a subsequent order, which was passed on 21.2.2009 (order-in-original No. 176/2009 dated 21.2.2009 in file No. S/8-07/2008 Admn.).
