Section 15(1)(c) in Hyderabad City Water Supply Act 1954

(c)if after receipt of a written notice from the authority to refrain from so doing, the consumer -

(i)continues to use the water or permits the same to be used in contravention of any rule or condition made with regard to the use thereof; or

(ii)wilfully or negligently damages any pipe, meter or fitting within his premises.
