Section 16 in The Companies (Mediation and Conciliation) Rules, 2016
16. Offer of settlement by parties.
(1)Any party to the proceeding may, "without prejudice" offer a settlement to the other party at any stage of the proceedings, with a notice to the mediator or conciliator.(2)Any party to the proceeding may make a, "with prejudice" offer to the other party at any stage of the proceedings with a notice to the mediator or conciliator.
