Section 14(4)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006

(b)In case of approval of the transfer or assignment of license, the licensing authority shall make an entry in its book and the license after endorsement of transfer or assignment shall be returned to the applicant.
