Section 6(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT, 2020
(1)The Corporation may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint on deputation from the various departments of the State Government such officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its duties and functions.
