9. Have all details of all lands held by the declarant and where the declaration is by a family unit, all the members of the family unit on 24th January, 1971 but transferred whether by way of sale, gift, usufructuary montage, exchange, settlement, surrender or in any other manner whatsoever or in respect of which a trust has been created on or after that date, been furnished in Enclosure III ?
