Section 13(1) in The Bengal Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1930
(1)The State Government may make rules providing for the procedure to be followed regarding the notification of residence and report to the police by persons in respect of whom orders have been made under section 2, and for the directions which may be given in an order made under section 2A and for the place and manner of custody of all persons arrested or committed to or detained in custody under this Act.PUBLICATION OF RULES
