32. Government Training School for Masters.
- These together with the attached model schools are controlled by the District Educational Officers. They will exercise the powers of appointment of ministerial officers whose appointments vest in them, the selection of students, the grant of stipends and the utilisation of the budget allotments.In the selection of students, they shall exercise great care to ensure that the- instructions issued by the Director, from time to time, in respect of qualifications, age, physical fitness, previous history and other conditions, are carried out.
