Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Homeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homeopathy Rules, 1972
(1)Every application under sub-section (4) of section 19 by a registered practitioner for the deletion of his name from the Medical Registrar shall be accompanied by a declaration in Form XIII.
