Section 11 in The Tamil Nadu Prohibition Of Smoking And Spitting Act, 2003
11. Person authorised under Section 10 to be a public servant.—
Every person authorised under Section 10 shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
