5. Transfer of Principal, teaching or no. teaching staff (excluding Group-D) in the interest of public service.
- Principal, teaching or non- teaching staff who is in service on the date of commencement of this Act and has served for more than prescribed years continuously in any Office, College or Institution of the Department of Technical Education in the same place in Zone-A shall be transferred to Zone-C.Provided that no Principal, teaching or non- teaching staff who has less than two years of service for superannuation shall be transferred outside the limits of Zone -A unless on his request.
