Section 1 in The Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Services) Regulation Act, 1977.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [15th July, 1981 G.N., E and E.D., STR. 1081/2/SE-3, Cell, dated 10th July, 1981.] as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
