Section 2 in The Orissa Medical Education Service (Appointment of Junior Teachers Validation) Act, 1993
2. Definitions.
- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Assistant Surgeons" means the Assistant Surgeons appointed to the Orissa Medical Service;(b)"Junior Teachers" means the Junior Teachers appointed to the Junior Teaching posts of the Service;(c)"Recruitment Rules" means the Orissa Medical Education Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1979;(d)"Service" means the Orissa Medical Education Service; and(e)"Year" means the calendar year.
