Per Virender Singh, C.J.:
Mr. Rajesh Shankar, appearing for the State, states that
investigation of the case being F.I.R. No. 364 dated 01.06.2010
registered in police station Kotwali under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468,
120B of the Indian Penal Code, is already in progress and after filing of
the challan against one of the accused namely Siddharth, the matter is
being investigated further. He states that with regard to role of other
accused, perhaps the prosecution has collected some material which is
dependent upon the opinion of an expert (handwriting expert) and
report in this regard is awaited. He states that he may be given at least
six weeks' time to place on record the latest status of the investigation.
We defer consideration of the instant petition and list again on
16.06.2015.
