Section 149 in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987
149. Charges different charge sheets.
(1)When the charges at a trial by Summery Security guard Court are contained in different charge sheet's, the accused shall be tried on each charge sheet separately upto and including the stage of finding.(2)The Court shall, thereafter, comply with rules 145 or 146 as the case may be.
