Section 11 in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
11. Chief Finance & Accounts Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Chief Finance & Accounts Officer shall be made by the President in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the Statutes.
