This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2024 and further direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to enquire complaint dated 07.11.2024 and to take appropriate actions.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.11.2024 and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
