(5)extension education means the educational activities concerned with the training of farmers and homemakers and other groups serving agriculture in improved agricultural practices and the various phases of scientific technology related to agriculture and agricultural production, and marketing. It would involve but may not be limited to the work through meetings, demonstrations and other methods for teaching improved agricultural practices and the training of workers required for the conduct of such educational activities;
