Section 4(5) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(5)The term of office of an outgoing President or Vice-Presidents shall, notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3), be deemed to extend to and expire with, the day immediately preceding the day on which the successor President or Vice-Presidents, as the case may be, is elected.
