Section 4(1) in The M.P. Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975
(1)The terms and conditions of service of the Member Secretary, including the scales of pay and allowances payable to him shall be such as may be specified in his order of appointment and in the absence of being so specified, such terms and conditions shall be as far as may be, the same as are applicable to a grade I officer of corresponding status of the State Government.
