Section 36(ii) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(ii)The Chief Executive Officer shall have a right to impose such restriction and limitations as to the number of storeys and extent of height of the building as he considers fit where protected, ancient or historical monuments lie within a radius of one and a half kilometres from the boundary line of such group housing.
