(3)Where an appeal stands abated under sub-section (2), the appellant shall be entitled to prefer an application before the Committee for review under sub-section (1) within ninety days from the date of commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Advocates' Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 1992 (Act 10 of 1992)] [Substituted by Act 10 of 1992.
