Section 74(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)The Board may remove a member, Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Committee, where it is of the opinion that he -(a)has been guilty of misconduct or gross negligence of duty as such member, Chairman or Vice-Chairman; or(b)ceases to hold the qualifications necessary for his being a member, Chairman or Vice-Chairman.
