Section 10(4) in The Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Petroleum Technology Act, 2007

(4)The Board shall have the power to establish campus and academic centres at any place within or outside India:Provided that no campus or academic centre shall be established outside India without prior approval of the Central Government.
