Section 12(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)A member of the State Advisory Committee, not being an ex-officio member, may resign his office by a letter in writing addressed to the Chairperson of such Committee.
