Section 34 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
34. Absence from illness.
- If a Collector or Deputy Collector is unable, on account of illness, to attend office for more than week in one month, or for more than three consecutive days at any time, the circumstances should be reported for the information of the Commissioner without delay.
