Section 15(1) in Kerala Cashew Factories (Acquisition) Act, 1974
(1)No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Corporation or any officer or other employee of the Government or the Corporation (the Federation or a Worker's C0-operative society or an institution) for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
