(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-(a)the manner and the conditions for providing provident fund and pension fund or insurance scheme under sub-section (1) of section 26;(b)the travelling and other allowances for the Members for attending the meetings of the Council or the Committees thereof under sub-section (6) of section 34;(c)the procedure to be followed in the meetings of the Council under sub-section (4) of section 36.
