Section 2(16) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962
(16)[ "Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil)", means the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) of the Sub-Division having jurisdiction over the notified market area or if such area is situated in more than one sub-division, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) of one of the sub-divisions in whose jurisdiction the headquarters of the market committee are located] [Added vide Haryana Notification dated 4.9.1973.].
