13. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 1993 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken under the order repealed by sub-clause (1) shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this order, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this order.
