Section 2(m) in The Rajasthan Municipalities (Election) Rules, 1994
(m)'Registration Officer' means the Electoral Registration Officer of the municipality and includes Assistant Electoral Registration Officer to be appointed by the State Election Commission, in consultation with the State Government.
