Section 15(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)The Council shall meet at such time and place and a meeting of the Council shall be summoned in such manner, as may be provided by regulations:Provided that until such regulations arc made, it shall be lawful for the President to summon a meeting at such time and place as he may deem expedient by sending a notice to each member at least seven days in advance.
