No statement in use by authority of the High Court may be discontinued without an express order of such Court.B. - Monthly and Quarterly Statements[225. Judicial Magistrates shall submit a monthly statement to the Chief Judicial Magistrate and Executive Magistrates shall submit a monthly statement to the District Magistrate of their pending files. They are also required to submit monthly explanations of the cause of delay in the disposal of cases pending for more than six months.] [Deleted by C.S. No. 74.] [G.L. 7/44.][226.
