92. Establishment to be taken on tour.
- Officers should not ordinarily take more than one clerk, and this not the head clerk on tour without obtaining the previous sanction of the competent authority. Such sanction should not be applied for except in unusual circumstances. More than one peon should not ordinarily be taken.
