Section 2(i) in The Orissa Sports Authorities Act, 1994
(i)"youth activities" means activities relating to youth, adventure, sports, activities for the welfare and promotion of physical fitness of the young persons including building up of character, esperit-d-corps and patriotism through games and sports;
