Section 1 in Orissa Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Courts) Rules, 1998
1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These rules, may be called Contempt of Courts (OAT) Rules, 1998.(ii)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
