Section 1 in Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Buy Back Of Securities) Regulations, 1998
1. Short title and commencement.-
(a)These regulations shall be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998.(b)These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
