Section 59A(11)(b) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962

(b)The Chairman shall be entitled to the facility of official telephone at par with the head of the Departments of the Government and the Members shall be entitled to the same facility as was available to them before their appointment as Members.
