(2)The annual rental income shall consist of the rent payable by the asami-(i)in cash, or(ii)where the rent is not payable in cash, the cash value of rent as commuted and determined in the manner prescribed, or(iii)where no rent is payable or determined, the rent determined in the manner prescribed.
