- save as otherwise provided in this Act, no person shall -(a)[ give an exhibition by means of cinematograph, or digital projection system, or;] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 7 of 2018, dated 5.1.2018.](b)give an exhibition by means of video; or(c)Keep a video library, elsewhere than in place licensed under this Act, or otherwise than in compliance with the conditions and restrictions imposed by such licence].
