38. Power of Government to suspend provision of this Act during public holidays.
- The State Government may by notification, suspend in any area, in respect of all establishments or any class of establishments the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act for such period and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed on account of public holidays or occasions or for any other reason of whatever kind.
