(f)To establish research and development centre to promote research and innovation in the Technical Education, Higher Education, Humanities & Social Sciences , Commerce, Science, Computer Science, Agriculture Science, Management, Poultry Husbandry and Animal Feed, Horticulture, Paramedical Science, Nursing, Law Education, Mass Communication and Journalism, Teaching Education, Hotel Management, Pharmacy and other areas of education through Seminars, conference, workshops, educational programmes, community development program, publications, training programmes, and study groups etc;
