38. Statements of allegations.
- Where it is alleged that a person subject to the Act has committed an offence punishable thereunder, the allegation shall be reduced to writing in the form set out in Appendix III in the case of persons of and below the rank of Ranger Grade I and in the form set out in Appendix IV in the case of officers and Assistant Commanders.
