Section 9(1) in Andhra Pradesh Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999
(1)Any birth or death of which information is given to the Registrar after the expiry of the period specified in Rule 5(3), but within thirty days of its occurrence, shall be registered on payment of a late fee of rupees two.
