Section 233 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
233. Incidence of surcharge.
- Where a surcharge has been imposed under this Act such surcharge shall be payable by the owner or the occupier, as the case may be, who uses such land or building for any purpose other than residential purpose.
